Admissions are based on the academic excellence in Grade 8, the entrance test results, and with the sole discretion of the Al-Manarat High School Committee.
Steps to register your child:
There are three steps to the admission process:

  1. Entrance Test

Entrance Test
Email info@almanarathighschool.com to schedule an entrance test for your child. The prospective student will be scheduled for an entrance exam to assess aptitude and abilities. The students will be tested on English concepts, Math concepts and Critical Thinking to measure their potential success at our school. The admin will provide the English and Math Topics that the student should be aware of for the entrance test.

Application Form
After the student successfully passes the entrance test, the parent will be prompted to complete the application form. Application will be accepted only if documentations are attached as per the Checklist below:

  5. A copy of Immunization Records
  6. A copy of Health Card

Interview
The final step in the admission procedure is the interview process. Every student along with their parent(s) must attend this interview with the Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Co-coordinator, Homeroom Teacher and other Administrative staff to understand the educational and religious background of the student and educate him/her of the school’s expectations.
Final Decision
Based on the entrance tests results, academic excellence and interview, the school will make the decision on whether the student will be enrolled at Al Manarat High School. The final decision will be communicated through the email.
Note the following:

  • The registration fee will be deducted at the time of application, the supply will be deducted when the school confirms the enrollment, and tuition fee payments will be deducted from September 1st for 10 months.

Discounts
As part of our ongoing efforts to facilitate education, Al-Manarat offers student scholarships to low-income families. To apply for scholarships/bursaries, please fill out the SCHOLARSHIP FORM and submit it along with your application. You can email or drop off a hard copy physically.

Uniforms
Cleanliness and neatness in appearance is a duty incumbent upon all Muslims. The school uniform must be worn properly by all students.

Boys – White shirt, grey pants, black sweater, black shoes and black socks.
Boy’s Friday Uniform – White Thawb and white hat. The dress inside the Thawb should not be coloured or printed.

Girls – White shirt, grey tunic, black Dsweater, hijab, black shoes and black socks.
Girls’ Friday Uniform – Black tunic and white scarf
